Fantasy Land In Dapitan

Since I was a kid a really wanted to experience to go carnival or theme park like Enchanted Kingdom,Disneyland and etc. That's one of my greatest dream and place to visit, then I never realized that in taking up BS Hotel And Restaurant Management I can visit and experience the rides in this fabulous and fantastic place called Fantasy Land in Gloria de Dapitan. When my instructor discuss the itinerary about that educational field trip in Dipolog Dapitan Dakak. I was excited and happy but there is a problem the trip is a little bit expensive. I ask my mom if I could join the trip she told that we don't have money,so I ask the help of my aunts. I was happy that time because my aunt  send me money so that I could join the trip.Fantasy Land is nice and fabulous place people who surely love this place because a lot of rides for kids and adults. They also have center stage play. Bring back the child in you!! that's there tag line. I was so scared in reading in roller coaster my skin and face looks pail. we back 2008  all rides cost only for 200 pesos. In.my experience in gloria de dapitan is very memorable and enjoyable. Their favorite tag line is" Ibalik ang Pagkabata"."Bring Back The Child in You" You can do everything in Gloria de Dapitan and enjoy the fabulous kiddie Rides in fantasy Land and the magical array of dreamy character of the world of fantasy. Breathtaking major rides and exciting 3D and 5D motion. They also have restaurant and bars outside the Fantasy Land just a walking distance and really perfect scenery for captured every moment memories.

White Water Rafting-Cagayan de oro

Have you tried white water rafting? will guys i will tell you my experience in white water rafting in my beautiful city. The city of Golden Friendship,the city of bloom,boom and blossom. This is one of the most tourist attraction here in my City. I remember my first water rafting adventure,scary,nervous and really don't know how I feel that moment. Rafting is very safe adventure,they provide good service to there clients,they make sure that the guest will surely enjoy and have a memorable experience in rafting adventure. Before you will do the rafting there will be an orientation about the river and how many rapids that you will pass trough. they will instruction how to wear the safety gear,like helmets, paddles,floats,life vest,rescue rope,rafts and emergency kit. In every raft you have guide that will lead what you will do in the water, to instruct you to do the paddle forward,backward and to lock your feet you need to follow your guide what ever they will say so that there will be accident happen. In every rapids that you will pass through you will say HIGH FIVE and race the paddle up.Expect that in this adventure you will be expose to the sun,it is very tiring adventure but worth if you will pass all the rapids. My 1st experience was very memorable for me because i conquer my fear.

This one of the nice tricks of the guide he will tell some paddles techniques just to spill the raft in order for to us fall from the water. Really fun because the raft will going to tip in over us.

Are you Catholic? Devotees of  St.Guadalupe? This is the perfect place for you guys!!! St. Guadalupe shrine is located at Gusa Cagayn de Oro City its just a minute away from the city proper. Many people are having there Lenten season here, celebrate and sacrifice during this Lenten season, Guadalupe Shrine is very sacred place , before you will reach the Church you need cross all Nine river ,the current of the water is slightly strong and you will see the beauty of nature birds singing, mountains,green scenery I'm sure you will enjoy visiting this place and having also a peace of mind in your heart .If you love adventure and adrenaline boost you can  try to ride in there huge tube just like in white  water rafting you also enjoy the small rapids you can do this in going back. Its a perfect place to offer sacrifices.If this is your first time to visit the place you need to hire a guide, because they will help passing all the trails,you wont be lost but they definitely know what part of the river cross which has bearable current.

What Course Do you Like in College.

What course do you like to enrolled in college??? All of us here is the one who choose of our course but there are some parents that they choose course for their kids. Whatever course we choose is really the one the fits our emotional physical and mental capability. when I graduated from high-school way back 2003, my mom wants me to took-up BS Nursing, but i didn't follow my mom decision because I don't want to regret of taking up a course which i don't like and not my passion. When i graduated from high-school my mom told me okey go to this school have an entrance exam then after you passed the exam tell, i went to the school inquire about the course and then decided to take the entrance exam, i pass the entrance exam but it wasn't my decision to enrolled in that course, so i went home and told my mom that i did not pass the exam. Then after 4 years my mom again decided me to enrolled in college same course my GOD!!!! i choose to enrolled the course that i really wanted which is BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, in this course ive learn a lot it give me more self -confidence and knowledge on how deal with different types of people. HRM is not just about cooking and making new friends,socializing it also tackles about the cultures different types of culture and how they cooked before where did this cooking and table manners originated from. what i heard from different students,parents and other people. they will ask what course did you take up??? when you answered HRM they talk behind your back that course is only for those dumb,dull,slow people. will i really beg to disagree. In this course you will trainee how to become a manager,build your self-confidence in different kinds of people,knows how to do table etiquette and you will also experience travelling and exploring,discovering new things in this beautiful world. Yes I admit that I'm not so intelligent like those student who tooked-up BS-Education,BS-Engineering and more, I'm not good in English but what I'm trying to say please don't Criticize the HRM-Students because you don't know what they can do that you cannot do!!! all of us has different talents and skills taking up this course is very challenging and a bit expensive because most of the time we do laboratory and field-trips. I remember when i was in 4th year we have this convention and exhibition subjects. We created an events that we called KASALAN NANG BAYAN. We the fourth year student sponsor for those  couples who been together but not married just live in partners that is willing to have exchanges of bows. From the event to the reception we prepared and organized the event and seeks some sponsors in different goverment officials help. So taking up this course is not as easy that people are saying.GOD created us with different talents,knowledge that we can share to everyone. One thing i want to say Choose the course that you want not the choice of your Mom,Aunt,Grandparents and etc, so that you will not regret... In this course I experience giving

My 1st experience in All Saints day and all Souls day in Cementary

When my grandmother died Ms.C its been hard for us because losing her is not easy shes the most wonderful,kind,generous and helpful person. We cannot imagine life without her!!! until know is still miss her I often visit her in the cementary where she was burred. Our bonding when she was alive was full of happiness memories we eat together go shopping even though she walk so slow because shes to fat, but still she tried to make things easier for her, she will not bother anyone just to take care of her. the time comes that she was sick i was there for her ill take care of her and i give her the medicines that the doctor give her. i could remember that time that she told me why do people is keep fighting for money and money can changes the attitude of some other people, i was so disappointed because she help everybody in the family but no one  would there to take care of her. Last January 21 she passed away and its hard for me because i was in Cebu having my on the job training, before I left Cagayan de Oro, I told her wait for me ill be back I want you to be with me on my graduation day she laugh and said Congrats on that day!!!! i will visit her in there house when i have free time and shes always there for me when i need help especially financial problem shes the most generous and loving relatives to us.

Last November 1 i went to the Green-hills Memorial Park and light some candles  and flowers for her and stayed there for almost midnight. that was my first experience sleeping in the cementary it was fun because many people are celebrating that special day for there lost love ones in cementary. They bring tents foods, drinks and all of the family is having fun and watch for the fireworks and flying lantern its so beautiful its just like having a fiesta in the cementary, many people also wearing their hallow-en costume and mask. So i promise to my self that i would do this every November 1, just to remember her because without her i would never reach the pinnacle of success that  i have right now. I everything i have i owe to her all the guidance and words of wisdom. Thanks much To you Mrs. C

Wearing my white upper uniform in my on the job training

I remember my on the job training in Crown Regency-Suite Mactan, i was assign in housekeeping and kitchen and food and beverages department. i have to render 960 hours in this hotel just to finish my OJT in this hotel and to be able to accomplish my duty required in school so that i will graduate. I remember my ojt was started last November 25 in Crown Regency- Suites Mactan and in 3 department my time was divided into 320 hours per department and i really enjoy my on the job training in this hotel the Staff and My Co-OJT is very approachable kind and friendly. My first deparment is Housekeping department, my first task was in public area i need to check the clubhouse and the gym comfort room need to check the amenties like tissues,scented candles trashcan and garbage.

>This is my last department Food and Beverages Production this is the most critical point, because you need to be careful because any mistakes that you will done will be your negligence you need to be careful and presence of mind. Your making food for the guess drinks you are responsible for their health. I was assign in the egg station  i make egg omelet for the guest because in this hotel they are serving breakfast buffet at 5:00 am to 10:00 am. my experience in this hotel is very memorable and gain more confidence for my self, and to prove that i can do better in my life. thanks to all the staff in this hotel for teachings and guiding when we had our on the job training thanks guys because what I've learn from school and ojt help me to improve myself.

My daughter won the best in costume in there Halloween party

My daughter E is 8 years old in grade 3 at Sto Nino Montessori, shes very talented always participate in every event in the school and also gold medalist in taekwondo with blue belt. last year their hallowen party was held in Imperial Place Hotel.  This year they held in the auditorium in there school. My mom always prepared of the event always shes very supportive of my kids need and every event in school, my mom decided to buy her a costume of Evil queen and hired a make-up artist for her. the event was very fabulous all of her classmates is wearing a very scary and fantastic costume. the kids look amazing in there costume they look stunning and scary in there oufit.

After the baccalaureate mass with friends from college

This was after the baccalaureate mass with my friends in college.  It seems that long time ago, I am enjoying my college days with my friends.
Now we separated from each other. Some work here in the other cities.
Some of my friends work in my home town. Some friends work over seas.  I am now processing my work papers as of the moment here in my home town.

What makes this baccalaureate mass important it?
My Grandmother is joining with me at this very special occasion of my college days. She is always there for me. I am always grateful for my Mama for always being there by my side no matter what. I may not a good granddaughter to her in some way but I always love her. This is I and my Mama after my baccalaureate mass at school. We both are wearing white which is perfect to link for Wednesday Whites.

A Yellow private plane at Dahilayan Adventure Park

I see this yellow private plane on the ground. I wonder how much is the fare if you want to go for a ride. I am sure looking Dahilayan Adventure Park above is just breath-taking and scenic view to enjoy. I wonder who owns this yellow private plane.

I know that I cannot afford to ride in the yellow private plane. We ride the zip line instead. This is my yellow pass in my wrist. You need the yellow pass in your wrist or else you cannot ride the zip line.

My adventure continues at Dahilayan Adventure Park

This is the continuation of my first post about Dahilayan Adventure Park. This is located in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. It is a beautiful park with breath-taking views. Do you love the nature? I am sure that you will love this park too. 

This is called the Forest Park. You can see how beautiful the wood is. It gets chilly here especially in the morning. I want to thank my cousin and her family for bringing me here at Dahilayan Adventure Park. This is a wonderful place for the family to bond. I hope that my Aunt J and her family will visit this place. They love nature and the woods. This is an ideal place for them. There are many things to do here. As for now, please enjoy some of my pictures that I took from Dahilayan Adventure Park.

Summer Vacation with The Whole Family-First Ever

I remember our first ever summer outing with the whole family in this beautiful island called CAMIGUIN- The Island of you imagination!!! Camiguin is located  in the province of the philippines located in the Bohol Sea, about 10 km 6.2 mi off the northern coast of Mindanao. It is politically part of the northern Minadanao Region of the country and formerly a part of Misamis  Oriental province. Camiguin is the second-smallest in the country both in population and land area after Batanes  Mambajo is the capital of the province and its largest municipality both in area and population.  you will reach Camiguin island by land,air,sea. Camiguin has many tourist spots destination like the cold spring and hot spring mountains, and white beach, I've been in this place for 3 times alone and on 4th I'm with my whole family last April 2012. i never though that i would spend summer vacation with them in this beautiful island, because as far ask i know I'm not close to my mother what ever they are going to have plans on summer vacation I'm not included.  I cant take the feeling of getting hurt but I'm still happy for my kids because they can experience travelling and social life with my mom and cousin.this are the pics we had in Camiguin.

My kids and cousins at Country Village Hotel

This was July 7th 2012 when my kids and cousin flew from Cebu to Cagayan de Oro City. I was not around that time. I was in Boracay accompanying my Aunt’s friend from New York. I am his tour guide. Anyway, this is the day when they checked-in at Country Village hotel. Both my Aunt and my Mom stayed at the same hotel. They both stayed in second floor with just few rooms away from each other.

They all bond each other. I am glad that my kids can communicate with their American cousin. It seems like they are friends for a while. Actually they met when my cousin was a baby. The bond they have before continues when they meet each again six years after. I get this picture from my Aunt’s Facebook. Can you find my kids? The only boy is my oldest. My little girl is the third girls in the picture.

Kampo Juan-Barangay Dicklum Manolo Fortich

The new adventure in Manolo Fortich place name KAMPO NI JUAN, located at Baragay Diclum the newest eco-adventure that you will surely love and conquer your fear in heights, amazed the beautiful spots in this place But what it offers are raw, fresh, natural adventures not just for adrenaline addicts but for those who seek to experience what country living is all about. But the biggest attraction of KampoJuan is its setting: a deep ravine where a river runs freely.  My cousin A had already try the Anicycle  wow love to try this soon.. Anicycle where you get to ride a bicycle on a cable hanging 100 feet on a ravine and expanse the length of 600 feet.

Walking through the hanging bridge which spans 360 feet across the ravine and 200 feet above the river is another breathtaking experience. what  a beautiful smile cousin although your scared of that.

Kampo Juan also offers zip line rides, rappelling, paramotoring and more thrilling adventures to come.

Kampo Juan is 6 hectares Plant Breeding and Demo Farm where organic crops are cultivated by Dr. Juan himself. Duka Bay Resort, Medina, Philippines

Before I only dream to visit Duka Bay Resort but I'm so thankful to my dearest friends G because she invited me to their JOLLIBEE SUMMER OUTING, with their family so happy and excited when B texted me to be her company for that day. I am so happy thank you so much B, for that fabulous experience in Duka bay, and the bond with your Jollibee family Kauswagan the people are so amazing very friendly and approachable. I experience the glass boat in Duka Bay. They also have scuba diving and I know you guys  will surely enjoy the place and breathtaking scenery in Duka Bay. They also went to Alibuag Cold Spring (Medina, Misamis Oriental) the Jollibee summer outing was very nice and they have lots of foods lechon ( roast pig) dessert, bam-e(noodles) and salads

Divine Mercy Shrine (Misamis Oriental)- EL Salvador

Are you a religious type of person? Do you believe in GOD? Do you believe in prayers? Will I do believe in GOD, I have strong faith in him! Even do we all have different religion but all of us is believing and praising only one GOD. I admit that I’m not really the type of person who is actively going to church every Sunday, but I’m still thankful because GOD is always there for me when I needed him, and his spiritual guidance is always with me in my heart and soul.  EL Salvador Misamis Oriental is where you found the beautiful scenery and beautiful garden of GOD, its located  Divine Mercy Hills,PSB-Ulaliman which is overlooking Macajalar Bay. The shrine has a 50-foot statue of the Divine Mercy Christ. It serves as a pilgrimage site for the Divine Mercy devotees. As a pilgrimage and sacred site, visitors are not allowed to wear shorts and other revealing clothing. Those who do so will be forced to cover themselves with a blue cloth provided by the shrine administrators.

Pizza night with friends

My sponsor (my Aunt’s friend) and I arrived from our trip to Boracay that day. We went to the city that night to have some pizza.
My Aunt, my little cousin and my Aunt’s friend took a taxi and went to the pizza restaurant.
My other friend is with me too. I also called my gay friends to have the pizza with us.
I want them also to meet my Aunt, my cousin and my Aunt’s friend.

The Big Flat Bread pizza restaurant is not crowded which I am thankful for. We ordered some fruit drinks.
I picked the biggest pizza you could ever eat in your life. Even my Aunt and her friends are amazed how big this pizza is. It does not cost a lot. It is about $25 for the pizza. It is the biggest pizza they served in that pizza restaurant.  There seven of us yet we did not finish eating the pizza. It is humongous I am telling you. My Aunt, and her friend is happy that I took them their. They both are from New York and just had their vacation in our city.

Dahilayan Adventure Park Manolo Fortich Bukidnon

My cousin invited me to go with them at Dahilayan Adventure Park in Manolo Fortich. This is my second time to visit the park. I am very thankful that my cousin paid my entrance. All I need is fair and pocket-money. My cousin goes with me too. I am thankful that my Grandma allows me and Carlo to join with my other cousin at Dahilayan Adventure Park.

It is a pretty drive all the way to the park. The scenery is just breath-taking. I had the fun while we were there at Dahilayan Adventure Park. I cannot believe I conquer the longest zip line in Asia. It is not expensive to visit the park. How I wish that my Aunt J and her daughter K visit this park. Maybe the next time, they will have their vacation.
